When you submit the inspection request form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, city, ZIP code, and whatever you write in the "what are you seeing" field. That's the only information we ask for directly.
We also automatically collect standard technical information common to nearly every website: your general location (city-level, from your IP address), the device and browser you're using, which pages you visit, and how you arrived at the site.
What happens to your information
Connecting you with a contractor
The details you submit are passed to a licensed foundation contractor serving your area, so they can call you to arrange an inspection. This is the entire purpose of the form.
Following up with you
We, or the contractor we connect you with, may call or text the number you provide to schedule or discuss your inspection request.
Understanding site traffic
Aggregated, anonymized traffic data helps us understand which pages are useful and where visitors are coming from. This data isn't tied to your name or contact details.
We don't sell your information
We don't sell contact information to marketers or data brokers. It's used to connect you with a contractor, nothing else.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies to understand aggregate traffic patterns, such as which pages are visited and how people arrive at the site. These cookies don't identify you personally. Your rights over your information

If a contractor has already been given your details to arrange an inspection, we'll ask them to do the same on their end, but we can't control data they've already retained independently.
We keep form submissions only as long as reasonably needed to connect you with a contractor and follow up, and delete them after that unless you ask us to keep them for a specific reason.
This site isn't directed at children
This site and its services are intended for adults making decisions about their homes. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page as the site or the services we use change. We'll update the "last updated" date at the top when we do. Significant changes will be reflected here; we don't send individual notices for routine updates.
